About the Event
Mainly stylized around House, Popping, and Locking, be prepared to learn basic moves and challenging choreography specifically developed for you! East coast House is a way to step into your own level of comfortability in Hip-Hop. It is about who you are and what you'd like to showcase, all while learning major techniques safely and soundly in a judgement free environment. Lastly, you will sweat in this class, so please bring water and a towel for it is very cardio based.
